Just a couple pre buy questions

1) If you buy from vbulletin.com, ($85 single use) your pass there allows you to access the hacks here??

2) Is there such a thing as "pre hack'd" vbulletins, ones that aready have the hacks in them, serveral hacks I would like, but may not be adapt to putting them in..(succussfully)
