You have a very specific subject which makes you luckier than many who just start forums on every subject under the sun.

One thing I would suggest would be to find other Bond websites that don't have forums and ask them to link to you and you link back to them.

Get in a Bond webring too if you can. You need people to see your site. Make sure you get it indexed by google and above all make sure your content is relevant and unique.
