quick reply pm box problem

I got a problem after installing this hack...

I've VBB last version (2.3.0) and installed the last version of this hack...When i go on my forum, after clicking on "private messaging", i obtain this message:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected VARIABLE in private.php on line 116

Help me plz :'( i d'on't understand why this error
