That is of course, you're using it as CGI or something...I just noticed this, and I was installing php on localhost, so I installed 4.3.1 instead of 4.3.0 not that it matters because I don't use it as CGI anyway...but this is a heads up for those who do...
There's only the bug fix in there, so there's no difference from PHP 4.3.0 really. I have a vB running on 4.3.1 with no problems so I'm ok .

It doesn't effect vBulletin in any way security wise so don't go through the hassle if you don't have to. Also, like filburt said, it has been out for practically a month now.
