I have this Hack, but there are some problems. at first this hack runs only in the last poster column and not in the forum list like my pic. And also there is a problem with hide forums but if you make a forum privat you can nonetheless see the lastpost at the forum index.
Maybe someone have a nother hack or this hack wich used in my pic...

The Last Title hack by PPN fixes the private forum issue.

And to move the link there is just a template edit, nothing more, nothing less.

Yes thats right, but this i tested, but nothing was shown below the forumlist...
on wich template must paste the templatecode to see the lastpost like my pic???
