Originally posted by Tim Wheatley 95% of people on the internet have never touched their right button on a webpage. And 95% haven't got a clue. The 5% I don't care if they register.
Nothing ticks me off more than people who put these "Right Button Disabled" things on their websites. I use the right button to navigate sights (e.g. Back | Forward | etc.) almost exclusively.
I don't care how good a site is (or thinks it is) -- if I click the right button and get a "Menu Disabled!" pop-up, I'm never coming back. It's utterly pointless, and just limits the user's functionality. Anybody who really wants to look at the site's code can still do it in a variety of ways.
It really is very, very poor design to disable the right-button.

You use your right mouse button to 'freely browse' within a 200 pixel popup where there's a single link to download a file?
Yeah you must have extra intelligence for this stuff, because I can't work that one out.
Usually, a properly coded hack that uses external files, such as this, which is a download script, would somehow encrypt the file so that the user has no idea where it is.
And yes, firefly will achieve that.
Zilla. Simply put, you are a fool. This is the 5th script you have made with stolen code from Free scripts under the GNU (which isn't really bad, it's just the fact he's stealing the code, not modifying it).
Also, your approach with the "no right click" script is pretty faulty, considering there are numerous ways to get around it. And hiding it in a popup? HELLO?!?!? f11 anyone?
Edit : I would close this thread, useless and pointless hacks should be not allowed, and I think someone with proper coding experience, not this 13 year old code phreaker, should work up a hack to work against this! It's possible. It IS!
