Part 2 of Getting Rid of Annoying Evil Posters
About 9 or so days ago I posted a topic asking how to get rid of the absolute most annoying posters who've broken a few laws while they were at it and finally you guys just told me report to his ISP since it's a teen and hope he's for good. Well first off thank you to everyone who gave me that advice because I did and his ISP acted on it. The good news his I'm guessing he got booted, the bad news is he is back under a new internet. Earlier today he got online and complained to some of my admins about the email I sent to his ISP and made one or two threats while doing so. Later on I checked under TM and he was using a new IP with no proxy detected. So this creates a whole new set of problems. Does his previous record with his old ISP carry over to his new one and is there anyway I can get rid of this guy that he'd be blocked from my site and forums so he doesn't go out and get another new internet again? *Starts to wonder if I will ever be able to get rid of him*

Just send a copy of the letter to his new ISP, and explain that you asked for action to be taken due to his bad and threatening behaviour...
His new ISP should boot him as quick as the previous if they are a fully legitimate ISP Satan |
