Current Trail Conditions Hack Wanted

Here is a web site for another group that is doing this via html. It isn't maybe as clean as I would want it but this is where I got the general idea:

The one thing I would add to what they have is some kind of graphic icon in relation to the trail condition. THey are also giving general trail conditions for entire mountain bike riding areas.

I could just copy what they are doing, but I thought it would be nice to interface with the userbase of vbulletin so that I could manage who can or cannot do this, or at least know who is doing the changes.
