Add in "response to post #x" on each post
this is needed in my opinion especially if you're choose the flat view which with reply to # would be better than the threaded one.
example: http://www.gossamer-threads.com/perl...2025248#212042 or here http://www.dcscripts.com/dc/dcboard....age=show_topic this would great on large sites with many posts and when you have problems following the discussion you can click on the "in reply to# 17" for example and see what post was he responding to. With users posting dozen of posts in minutes it can be confusing. Even if you switch to the thread one on the 3.0 it is still hard. |
