I've always wanted to let my members have a chance to make a style, possible a store hack integration where they can buy one?

<a href="https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=96" target="_blank">PPN</a> has a "Users Can create their own style hack" in his signature under "Hacks In Development" title. But that sign is there for months and I guess he is very busy nowadays so I doubt if he still works on it.
