Is there voice chat software which I can use for my board so my members can go into it?

Something like what hearme used to be

There really isn't anything, but it's simple to dump an applet in a vB-u/p protected page.

I see, I wasn't looking for a hack just a programme like hearme.

Do you know of any applets?

I've used AIM's voice chat capabilities. Everybody better have broadband otherwise the lag is intolerable (I was on cable talking to a 56k a few miles away and the lag was 5 to 10 seconds). Y!M probably has something good, too.
