Help with vBulletin.org - hacks please

One other piece of info - I am NOT the board or license owner - but an additionall support contact to that license as allowed by the rules - could this be the problem?

The license owner needs to log on here and add his or her license information, and then ADD you as an additional email address to his or her account - they your account will be activated too. That is my understanding of how it works... someone correct me if I'm wrong.
