Still no checkbox.

I used this:

Here is the section I added it to: (copy/paste from my templates)

	<input type="hidden" name="userid" value="$userid">
	<input type="submit" class="bginput" name="submit" value="Send email">
	<input type="reset" class="bginput" name="reset" value="Clear Fields">

Any ideas now? How weird is this?? :tired:
