allow admins to make notes on a specific users profile

Hi,

Ive had this idea for a while but never got round to requesting it. Basically in your Admin CP when you search for a user, and get their profile up, it would be good to have a blank text box at the bottom where administrators can make notes on this user without anyone else seeing. For example if you have a trouble maker, then i could write "User banned for 3 days on xx-xx-xxxx" or "abusive user, keep an eye out" or any other notes you may want to make.

This would be a great one if possible

This doesn't require a hack. Make a new profile feild that the user cannot edit and only mods/admins can see.
