Only original admin can modify users in administrator usergroup

do i need to say anymore..

one that actually works and works on ver 2.2.6

I dont believe there is actually a hard code that can do that...

There are codes to stop admins removing other admins, and admins viewing other's profiles, but this I have yet to find...

Can it be done?
