The Post button does not work, what I have to do?

I am using Version 5.6.6

If I change the style i can add a new topic. Any Idea?

I would assume something in whatever Style you are using is breaking the post button, could be an outdated style issue.
Hopefully, others can help more as I can only make assumptions.

It because of the PageSpeed in CPanel
