Hello,

I have installed fresh vbulletin on my staging site. When i try access admincp it redirect back to admin login page again. sometime it login and inside admin page login option showing again. I can't do anything from admin. Please help.

Maybe you can try this way, try login admincp login box only 1 time then use the link of the forum name on top of the login box, to get back to the forumhome page then login from the top right drop down, then turn on the sitebuilder, click the admincp button.
