Just because the specific theme linked doesn't meet your needs doesn't mean that developer doesn't make one that does. It means you have to contact them and inquire.
I develop themes for my clients so they don't have these problems. I charge $100 an hour with a ten hour minimum so let me know if you'd rather pay SultanTheme or me.

this is something that i didn't know existed until today (errr, yesterday )! With a bunch of the custom tools on my site nearly ready to go mobile responsive, this is killer to find now!

Glad to read that. With the sultantheme vb3 responsive, my vB3.8.11 is responsive too (tested on cellular), even my custom BBcodes videos are responsive right now.
I have a vBulletin 5.x licence too but Im not using it for the moment.
