Capitalizing all letters in thread title
Hello,
I want all the letters be capitalized in thread titles, including the current threads and the new ones. I have disabled "Prevent Shouting" setting in Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options, but the new threads have not been affected. Could you help me what should I do to capitalize all thread titles letters? |

You're going to have to run a database query to convert all existing thread titles, and you're going to have to write a plugin to force all future thread titles to be all uppercase before being written to the database.
