Hello Everyone,

I am running version 5.2.5 and within the last year or so I have been hearing from users who are able to get to the login page but once they enter their logon credentials, the next page that shows is the attached "The website cannot display the page" and they are locked out of access the forum.

Once the user receives this error, they cannot go back to the main login page anymore. They will continue to receive this error.

I actually have to go in and completely delete their account and create a new one for them in order for the page to even come back up.

I've worked with Glenn briefly on this issue and he helped me check the back end for errors and there weren't any.

I'm still dealing with this problem and it is effecting the same users more than once now, sometimes three times.

Any help is much appreciated! (Glenn, I'm not sure if you're still on here but maybe installing the new updates may help?)

cookie prefix issue? File ownership i.e. permission issue on files? Issue with .htaccess rewritebase?
