Display Profile field on custom templates

I have created 2 profile fields in admincp, for State/Province and City, and what I need is to display this INPUT fields in "contententry_title" template (under the title field), so users can enter values when they are posting new topic. Values from this fields I want to display in "display_Topic_item" template, under the topic title.

Generaly, the question is - how to display field input in some other template, not in profile templates?

PS. When I'm creating profile field there is no "Which page displays this option?" option.

I'm using latest version of vB, 5.3.3.

This lets you know that you would have better luck posting this as a coding request, either unpaid or paid.

Trust me, Glenn is not in the habit of posting pointlessly, and when it comes to vB 5.x coding, Glenn has a stellar reputation, and is pretty much the only game in town (here at vBorg at least).
