stopped working in my 4.2.3 PL2 forum.

I am running PhP 5.6 and mySQL 5.6 on a Hostgator VPS server. I recently transferred to this new server and noticed that the mod doesn't do anything anymore (URLs remain as - URLs). I reinstalled it, still not working.

It does work now, found out that you must have your PHP set for
allow_url_fopen = On
