I just realized that all my attachments using either the manager or the bbcode are showing

[ATTACH]###[/ATTACH]

When they used to show:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]###[/ATTACH]

In addition, I used to see the image in the editor after uploading and now I just see [ATTACH]###[/ATTACH]
