What's the difference between the post ip and user ip?

If you visit your site from your cell phone, connecting through any open wifi connection throughout the day then your own ip is changing. Look it up in your acp.
I used to get freaked out over ip changes by members or get new members that share the same ip and would only allow one ip and would start banning those with multiple ip's.

Banning ip's is a wast of time and not effective by any means.

You best bet would be to not let changing ip's by your members bother you and welcome every new member you get with open arms....
