admincp redirect me to modcp

yes the member is in the administrator usergroup and user.usergroupid=6

I don't know what is the problem here ,, I checked like everything I know..

mod_speling

was active in my server, and the name of the admin folder was "Admincp" , that's why it kept redirecting me to the modcp url..
