I do believe that is proprietary code developed by the admins here, and has not been released in the form of downloadable product(s).

I took over development of that add-on with Coroner's permission in I think it was 2011 and it was only available on my site. I no longer support it, and it is no longer available. The last version that was available if you can find it somewhere was 4.5.

EDIT: The version I took over was for vB4. I don't know if the vB3.x version still works or not.

Yes, It works fine on 3.8.9
