Hi. I have a quick question. What is the best shout box that increases the total post count of our forum?

No shoutbox increases the post count of your forum.

If your referring to using a shoutbox to help get more members to post on your site, then the shoutbox can actually take away from users posting, as they instead use the shoutbox for small talk.

Thanks for the response. The shoutbox that I used with old Invision Free forum increased my forum's overall post count, so I was just curious. If anyone else finds a way to do this, it would be much appreciated.

So you're saying that for every "shout", you want to get an extra post added to your count?

If your gonna have a shoutbox add post count u are completly faking stats. Just use the fake stats mod and modify them then.

I would recommend updating your vB to 3.8.9+ and then look into:

[DBTech] vBShout v6 (vB3) [AJAX]
