How to edit link font-weight in posts

Well, concerning the error message on Main CSS - I've read several posts elsewhere stating that the page is obsolete.. so I"m still trying to figure out how to make the change I need, even manually...

All righty! Finally figured it out.
The Main CSS and Additional.css field on that page are junk.

What I had to do is:
1. Under Style Manager, choose Edit Templates
2. On the left, find CSS Templates. Double-click to open list
3. Under there is additional.css. Double-click that to make changes.

My specific change made links bold & orange:

color: #ff9900;
font-weight: bold;
}
