ACP -> Custom BB Codes -> Add New BB Code
Name: Media Fire Videos
BB Code Tag Name: mfvideo
Replacement:

<iframe src="http://www.mediafire.com/watch/embed/?{option}/{param}&amp;480p" style="background:black;border:0;" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Example:

[mfvideo=7ukx6y11zh61fuv]MAH00307.MP4[/mfvideo]

Use {option}: Yes
Remove Tag If Empty: Yes
Disable BB Code Within This BB Code: Yes
Disable Smilies Within This BB Code: Yes
Disable Word Wrapping Within This BB Code: Yes
Disable Automatic Link Parsing Within This BB Code: Yes

Just loads a blank screen.
