Editing Question
When editing a members post and I type in a reason such as "Corrected spelling error" the post will display that I edited it and the reason why so all the see.
Is there any way/setting that only that member and admin/mods can see that an edit was made and not everyone on the forum? Thanks |

There is no setting to make so only the post owner and admins may see that. You can probably edit the template and put a condition around it though.
To find the template to modify, do this - vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code. (Sometimes the template is the one mentioned at the very top of the page source.) |
