[Solved] ACP - edit & delete options

Maybe silly question
After update to vb4.2.0 I don't have option in settings (Edit / Delete), see attached image.
I don't remember how i had it before. Any help? thanks

Pretty sure you get that when you're in debug mode.

When i updated, i forgot to put this in config.php

φίλε (is for men)

Haha I'm Greek, but it's a lot to remember sometimes when writing.
