Instant New Thread Notification · **Released**: 08-13-2010

If you wish to subscribe forum for notification about new threads - there're only daily and weekly emailing options. This mod add choice of immediate email notification.

This mod is developped here http://github.com/rcdesign/vb-instant_new_thrd_notify . Patches are welcome.

That's not the same thing. That's the default for subscribing to threads (so that you get a notification when someone posts in the thread). I was talking about subscribing to a forum so that you receive notification when a new thread is created in that forum.
