Hi
Please help to resolve. While moderation when i click on validate i got the following error. An appropriate representation of the requested resource /modcp/moderate.php could not be found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Please help |

You should attempt to use the frontend interface for moderating users, instead of the backend.

This may be due to mod_security. Are you running that on your server?

I did not know about mod_security. However it was working good about 5 days ago;

Ask your host if you are running it on the server.

You can actually figure this out on your own if you go to AdminCP -> Maintenance -> View PHP Info and then navigate to "Loaded Modules".
If you have it installed, it'll be on that list :up: |

Are you trying to moderate posts from the ACP, or from the front end of the site?

It appears mod_security isn't installed, so that rules out that.

And what has changed in the last five days? Did you ask your host if they have changed anything on the server in the last five days? Did you change anything in vbulletin during that time?
