Apparently not. I have been looking for a way to do the same.
It seems that Groups are entirely divorced from the mechanisms we expect (and paid for). There was a mod created to allow this for vB 3.7, but none that I've found for any later version.
The only solution I can see at this time is to find an expert to devise the mod we need.

No. The only mod tools available are Approve/Unapprove and Delete/Undelete - that's it.
We cannot move threads; we cannot copy threads.
