Hey, so I installed 5.1.0 a while ago and now am looking to upgrade it to 5.1.3, I've never done an upgrade before so I was hoping someone would be able to explain what to do because I'm worried by adding 5.1.3 I'll just overwrite all the posts on my forum.

Did you read the documentation? http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/upgrade Its also in the zip file from the download.
As long as you don't run the installer again, or delete your database somehow, you won't lose anything. But you should run a backup of the database in anycase. |
