Welcome Pannel .. And more.

I am so sorry if this was posted here or somewhere else but I cant seem to find it in the threads. I even did a search for it but came up with non sence not relating to it.

What I want help with it:
Where and what do I do to modify my welcome pannel. To change the look of it completely. What files do I have to mod.

Also what I want help with:
Putting my footer tables ' Currently Active Users | PM's ' at top. How would I go about doing this?

What I want to do is:
Place my currently active users | PMs inside the welcome pannel. If this is possible can someone help me out? I would also like to know how to make the users avatar inside the welcome pannel.

I appreciate everyones help in advance. I am quite new to vb, not to HTML tho. *_*

here is what im pritty much looking to do with the welcome pannel. Ofcourse im probly going to edit it more along the way with grafix and such.

It's the forumhome template, whatever is inside the <!-- welcomepanel --> space.

To put the currently active users up there, find $pminfo and add $loggedinusers above it. Then find the default $loggedinusers (near the bottom) and take it out.

Thank you so much. It worked perfectly how I wanted it to. Now I just need to try and figure out how to add the users avatar where i want it. sheesh. I just got this Vb yesterday and altering the templates aint easy for me lol.
