Failed to login to the forum

Good evening friends, I have 2 major problems in my forum. 01 - Inability to log into the forum, is always giving error below:

Username or Password incorrect. You used your limit of incorrect attempts connection! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Remember that passwords are case-sensitive. Forgot your password? Click here!

02 - Even if I could log it showed the name of the last person that was logged in when you try to enter the admin panel I was trying to log on several times until I get it. What can be happening?

Ask your host if they use a Reverse Proxy. If so, see the bottom of your /includes/config.php file for a couple of settings you need to set. My guess is everyone is showing up with the same IP and that is due to the server configuration.

Sorry friend more let me see if I understand.
I need to check with my HOST if everyone accessing the forum that this is being directed to somento an IP address? And for this reason the failure is occurring?

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

It worked perfectly. Thank you very much. Can I keep it that way or will cause me any problems in the future?.

Now I realized that some plugin might be causing me these problems. I'll be doing an analysis of the same and disable / uninstall that is causing me to fail. Either way thank you all for the help.

You will need to enable each plugin ie one at a time and test to find out the one causing the problem
