Purchase a full license for $165, this will entitle you to run it for as long as you wan, with 1 year free updates. After the free updates are gone, you can stil run vBulletin (as opposed to buying a leased license which only allows you to run it for 1 year then you have to pay again or drop it).

A full license is the way to go if you *plan* on your website being open for more than 1 year or if you plan to moves the board around a lot .
