Looking for Staff

Yes I know this is pathetic, but why not query here aswell. I am looking for staff from my site. There are a few requirements though *duh*

Site Programmer:

Required:
1) Knows PHP / MySQL / and VB code *somewhat, if not its ok but prefered*
2) Has HTML / Web design knowledge
3) Has a interest in working on odd jobs with me.

Graphics / Site Designer:

Required:
1) Has HTML / Web design knowledge
2) Has graphic experience with photoshop or equal
3) Has a good color sence
4) Is creative *didnt see that one coming did you*

Public Relations / Adverticing:

Required:
1) Very good people skills
2) Thats all I can thing of.... XD

Just though I would give it a shot.. and yes along the line you will get some kind of compensation for your work.
