I just looked at the loader and he already has the latest version. I do not know if images are set to be stored in the database because I see no file for attachments. Also file permissions for signature pics, etc were all closed.

I am happy to fix image issue for you free of charge as soon as I can get access.

I am sure it is a simple issue or setting.
