Custom Design to match site. Willing to pay

Hello all.

I have experience with vbulletin but haven't messed with it in awhile. I recently started a blog/site about a journey I am taking trading stocks. I am currently using blogger for the site and added my vbulletin forum a day or two ago. I would like my forum to match my site as much as possible.

I thought I could just edit the Main CSS for vbulletin and get it close but that doesnt seem to be an option anymore.

I would like to make the vbulletin forum mimic my site http://www.withwingslikeeagles.net and would love to include the top banner of my main site with the links in vbulletin. The colors of vbulletin should also match my main site, etc. (Vbulletin Version 4.2.2)

I would prefer to do this on my own but I also want it up quickly to continuing improving my site and to continue growing my visitor base. I'm willing to pay a fair price and am hoping for recommendations here. I won't just accept work from anyone as you will be logging into my vbulletin to perform editing.

If someone has an easier solution that I could do on my own that would be much appreciated.
