Hello fellow friends! I come to you for help today!

Ok so I need some help. I am building a support forum for our clients. I need one forum section to have the permissions for one usersgroup to be able to submit new threads and view their own threads, but ONLY the person that submitted and (MODS) can see them, other users cannot. It will be a private support section that staff (mods) can see everything but a certain usergroup can only see their own threads

SOrry if the image is missleading, but i just wanted to show the section I wanted this to work on. To clearify, I wanted everyone to all forum sections, but in "Client Support" I want only the thread creator and mods to see the threads.
