Changing the location of the "navbit?"

See image, the area I've drawn a box around. Is there any way to make this appear above the header instead? But still leaving the navbar where it is?

Find and remove this bit of code from your navbar template.

Thanks! Stupidly, I had tried several times and several ways to do this today, never could get it right.

Ironically, now that I have it on one style due to your help, I find I don't like it.
