It looks fine to me. First post of latest thread is on top, and below it are the replies in correct timestamp order. Perhaps a screengrab showing what you're seeing as the issue would help more.

I am not that familiar with vB5 but I have to think it's probably in settings somewhere in your adminCP? Options?
There's some vB5 people here, if you're patient you'll find that someone will come along to help who really knows vB5.
Not that I am completely following the problem... I have tried to reproduce this on vbulletin.com and could not see a problem with the chronological order.

It seems he only wants the replies to threads in chron order, not the OP of the threads shown first.
