It have the poster twice and the date and time twice?

Note i am using a html markup mod. Just trying to figure out how to get rid of 1

Looks to me like a mod causing that, disable your mods one by one till you find the culprit.

In the readme.txt of that mod, there's instructions to fix it. If it isn't in there, check the mod's thread.
