Post bit in 4.2.1/4.2.2

Im using the regular post bit in my forum......(see below)

I would like to place the username, title and rank above the avatar. Is there a modification or something that can help me figure out how to do so?

Try a search on "postbit" in the mods area and if there is one, it should show up. Otherwise, you would probably have to modify your postbit template.

Thanks Lynn, I tried that prior to posting no luck, no luck in what I found. Im not really crazy about the long body of legacy so I figured I would see if someone might be able to help with directions on modifying the postbit template.

I tried a modification years ago for 3.x, that removed the space between the signature and posts that were shorter than the postbit profile area. Turns out, that looks super wierder than you could imagine. Went right back right away. If you can keep the profile info to the side limited and neat, it actually seems to be more fluid than above.

You can still edit the postbit template. But you'll need to experiment on a demo skin to get it just right. The userrank, username and usertitle info would be right together in the template.
