first post message before getting link

Hi there,

On my board people can post links to radiojingles, programs, movies, etc.
Now I want to know if there is a mod/tool for this:

I first want people to post a message before the link will be vissible.
So when poeple don't post a reaction, they won't be able to see the link so they can not download.

I hope someone can help me.

I found a hack for 4.1.1.
Hope it will work on 4.2.1 as well.
