For the space you can add this to your additional.css

.forumbits .forumbit_nopost .forumhead {
    margin-top: 10px;
}

You can change 10px as needed.

For the other thing, that probably would require quite a bit of custom coding, maybe post it in the paid section, Requests for Paid Services
