knowledge base / tutorial
Since I am unable to find the knowledge base or tutorial mod. Wondering if this is possible.
Have a page separate from my forum page that would have the same functions as the forum and i can use that for the knowledge base page. All this on the same forum/install |

Kinda like this site. where different tabs lead to different types of forums
I want to have my main forums under the Forums tab then since there is no knowledgebase/tutorial type mod, i want to put a separate directory for it. (ex: Forums, Articles, Mods, etc..) |

Try out this mod for organizing the forums into tabs:

It looks like it creates a secondary nav bar. I'll give it a try.

There are 3 ways I can think of to do this:
1) Buy the full vB4 package with CMS functionality. You can create static pages through the AdminCP. 2) Install vBadvanced CMPS. 3) Install the free mod here called WebTemplates. You'll have to spend some time reading through the manuals and playing around for each one but you can set up something like you see on vb.org. |
