You should look at the instructions for the mods and see if there are uninstall instructions. If there aren't, you can probably follow the install instructions in reverse.

It looks like you need to remove an xml file that was uploaded to includes/xml. It's probably named like cpnav_??????.xml, but I can't tell you the exact name.
